Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Installation Manager to oversee and manage installation projects across the South Region. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of installations, handle administrative paperwork, and manage a team of installers to ensure quality and timely project completion.Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the installation process of doors and windows.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and track installation schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot, and resolve any on-site issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during installation.
- Address client concerns, providing timely project updates and feedback.
- Work with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Supervise and train installation teams to adhere to company standards.
- Handle paperwork including contracts, permits, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Conduct post-installation inspections and manage any follow-up repairs.
- Monitor inventory and manage installation materials and tools.
- Coordinate material deliveries with logistics.
- Identify and proactively resolve challenges in the installation process.
- Provide technical support to both the installation team and clients.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
